Thoroughly enjoyed New Orleans, the hotel was nicely renovated to the French quarters. It was in a great location near Banksy's Rain Girl. I booked a room with a large bed, central heating, multi-channel TV and an iron. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus.

I indulged in a king bed, private balcony, & contemporary artwork. the pool was the spot to tan. the parlor with floor to ceiling windows was stunning. the Melrose kept me connected with Wi-Fi & a fitness center.

I enjoyed eavesdropping on all the comings and goings of other guests.
